Development Studio technical staff collaborate with UT faculty and other Project 2021 staff to create and deliver engaging digital instructional materials, to develop and support software tools, and to integrate tools with content and data to enrich and advance teaching and learning at the University.

Web Publishing and Content Management

The Development Studio supports faculty in developing learning applications for use in course and other instructional settings. Well known examples include Comparative Agendas Project, eSkeletons, Pitch Perfect Pinyin, The Texas Politics Project website, What Jane Saw, and more.

Custom Web Application Development and Technical Integration

The Development Studio provides custom software solutions to meet instructional and educational needs at the University. We assist faculty and staff with technical analysis and architecture, software development, and custom Canvas LTI tools and integrations.

Infrastructure and Technology Integration

The Development Studio provides consultation, infrastructure support, and software integration to meet the growing educational need for applications and systems that link together across the University and beyond. We also assist with technology selection and infrastructure to support hosting academic technologies.
